- New claim: CLAIM_Reachable

- Added new switches:
  -G,--generate-statespace
  -C,--generate-claims
- Claims are now allowed to have no label (they will be generated
  automatically)
- Output summary shows parameter of claims
- Internally, new symbols can now be generated by
  symbolNextFree(prefixsymbol)
